the 2022 undergraduate students of the School of Mechanical Engineering are entering the crucial final stage of postgraduate entrance examination preparation.
To convey the college’s care and boost their morale, relying on the warm platform of the “one-stop” student community,
Teacher Wang Yunfeng, counselor of the 2022 undergraduate cohort, together with all members of the Undergraduate Dream-Chasing Party Branch and the Original Aspiration Party Branch of the college,
presented customized care packages and exclusive blessings to the exam-taking students.
Amid the warm atmosphere of the community, they gathered for a winter appointment themed “With research as a torch, forge ahead to realize dreams”.
1.Preparation of Care Packages: Every thoughtful gift holds the "code for success".
Practicing the philosophy of serving students, the college has precisely responded to the needs of postgraduate candidates and prepared customized "Postgraduate Journey Refueling Packages".
Each package includes essential stationery tailored to the drawing requirements of mechanical engineering majors;
plenty of Wangzai Milk to boost energy and relieve fatigue for students spending long hours practicing exercises in community study rooms;
and specially designed lucky charms with auspicious meanings—"May all go smoothly", "Achieve victory at one stroke", and "May all wishes come true".
Every item carries exclusive blessings, adding warm and memorable moments to their preparation period.
From practical supplies to heartfelt symbolic wishes, every detail embodies the college’s earnest expectations for all postgraduate candidates.
2.Activity Overview: A Warm Winter Gathering in the Study Room
At noon on December 3, the distribution of the "Postgraduate Journey Refueling Packages" was held in the one-stop student community. During their lunch break, postgraduate candidates came one after another, creating a lively and warm atmosphere on site. Teacher Wang Yunfeng, counselor of the 2022 undergraduate cohort, together with Peng Yujie, Secretary of the Undergraduate Dream-Chasing Party Branch, and Song Xinrong, Secretary of the Original Aspiration Party Branch, handed over the refueling packages while inquiring about the students’ recent preparation status. Members of the two Party Branches also cheered on their fellow students one after another.
3.Student Reflections: Warmth in the Heart, Strength for the Final Sprint
Student 1: When I received the refueling package, I truly felt the care and blessings from the college. I had been worried about not reviewing thoroughly enough, but now I know my efforts are seen, which makes me feel very reassured.
I plan to save the Wangzai Milk for exam day to give myself an extra boost!
Student 2: I was doing practice questions in the library this morning, and my roommate picked up the package for me.
When I returned to my dorm in the evening and saw the little “May all wishes come true” charm, my anxiety suddenly faded away — the college and my friends have always been right behind me.
The road to postgraduate study is long, yet warmth accompanies all the way; winter may be cold, but our hearts turn toward the warm sun.
The School of Mechanical Engineering has always prioritized the needs of postgraduate candidates, using refined services as the brush and all-round care as the ink to add warmth and support to their journey of pursuing dreams.
